Today is one of my best friend’s birthday and she requested for Chocolate Eclair Cake her birthday celebration. So, since I had to make that cake, I wanted my new cake for this week to be an easy one. This snack cake fits the bill. I had all the ingredients on hand and it went together very fast.
Unfortunately, (or maybe not) I also came down with bacterial tonsillitis the day I made this cake. I opted not to share any of it, just in case… But don’t worry. I didn’t let this go to waste. Let’s just say, there’s nothing better than a warm piece of moist chocolate cake for dessert when you’re feeling bad.
