The name of this cake pretty much describes it. The cake incorporates some flour made of ground up pretzels as well as a little molasses. Overall, the crumb is a little dry, but it does taste a lot like a pretzel. The frosting is made with peanut butter and is incredibly tasty. It also pairs nicely with the flavor of the cake. But for me, the best part is the candied peanuts on top. They are easy to make and add a bit of a sweet and salty crunch to the cake.
